This Rector's Regulation governs the Purpose and Benefits, Establishment of the International Undergraduate Program, Implementation of Education, Requirements for Lecturers and Students, Evaluation and Learning Outcomes, Facilities and Infrastructure, Sanctions, Graduation, Degrees, and Graduation Predicates, Management, Monitoring, and Quality Assurance.
